Overview
TrulyTX is an AI-first marketing reporting workspace. The portal helps authorized users connect marketing data sources, build dashboards, view campaign performance, and generate reporting insights.
Information We Collect
We collect account information needed to operate the portal, such as user names, email addresses, client records, dashboard settings, connector configuration, and reporting preferences. When users connect third-party services, we process the data required to display reports, including campaign names, metrics, account identifiers, and performance summaries.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, provide dashboards, sync selected marketing data, generate reporting summaries, maintain data quality, troubleshoot integrations, and improve the portal. We do not sell personal information.
Third-Party Integrations
The portal may connect to services such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Windsor.ai, OpenAI, and other reporting providers configured by authorized users. Data from these services is used only to provide the requested reporting features and is handled according to the permissions granted by the user or organization.
Google User Data
When an authorized user connects Google services, TrulyTX may request access to selected Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads data, including account, property, site, customer account, campaign, page, query, and performance metric information available under the scopes approved by the user. We use this Google user data only to authenticate the integration, list selectable Google accounts, properties, sites, or advertising accounts, sync selected reporting metrics, build dashboards and reports, maintain benchmarks and alerts, troubleshoot connector issues, and generate user-requested reporting summaries.
We do not sell Google user data, transfer it for advertising, or use it for unrelated purposes. Google user data may be shared, transferred, or disclosed only with: authorized portal users within the same TrulyTX or client workspace according to role-based access controls; TrulyTX personnel and service providers who operate, host, secure, support, or troubleshoot the portal under confidentiality and access restrictions; infrastructure and subprocessors needed to provide the service, such as hosting, database, security, logging, email, and analytics providers; AI service providers only when AI reporting features are enabled and only using limited summarized or aggregated reporting context needed to produce the requested answer; and authorities or third parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, TrulyTX, or others.
Google OAuth tokens and connector credentials are stored server-side and protected with technical safeguards such as encrypted credential storage and backend-only connector requests. Human access to Google user data is limited to cases needed for service operation, support, security, legal compliance, or actions authorized by the relevant user or organization.
We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. If AI summaries or chat features are enabled, the portal sends only the minimum summarized or aggregated reporting context needed to answer the user's request; raw Google OAuth tokens are never sent to AI providers.
Data Security
API keys and sensitive connector credentials are stored server-side and are not exposed to frontend pages. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect portal data, including access controls, encrypted credential storage, and backend-only connector requests.
Data Retention
We retain portal data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Authorized administrators may remove clients, dashboards, connections, or users from the portal.
Authorized administrators may disconnect Google integrations or request deletion of stored Google connector data. After disconnection or deletion, we stop new Google syncs for that connection and delete or retain related reporting records according to the customer's instructions, legal obligations, and normal backup retention practices.
