These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of TrulyTX, an AI-first marketing reporting workspace. By using the portal, you agree to use it only for authorized business reporting and analytics purposes.
Authorized Use
Access is limited to authorized administrators, clients, and approved users. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for ensuring that users under your organization access only data they are permitted to view.
Data Sources and Third-Party Services
The portal may connect to third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Windsor.ai, OpenAI, and other configured reporting providers. You confirm that you have the authority to connect these accounts and allow the portal to process selected reporting data.
Reports and Insights
Dashboards, AI-generated insights, forecasts, benchmarks, alerts, and recommendations are provided for business decision support. They should be reviewed by qualified team members before making budget, legal, financial, or strategic decisions.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected functionality, upload malicious content, or use the portal in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party platform terms.
Confidentiality
Reports may contain confidential campaign, client, account, audience, and performance data. Users must not share dashboards, exports, links, screenshots, or credentials with unauthorized parties.
Availability and Changes
TrulyTX may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue portal features as needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, provider changes, or service quality. We aim to keep the portal reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrulyTX is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the portal, third-party data availability, connector failures, or decisions made based on report outputs.
